ATMs
At Sberbank CZ, you can withdraw cash from over 650 ATMs for a fee of CZK 10 (ATMs of ČSOB and Poštovní Spořitelna) and/or a reduced fee of CZK 5 (ATMs of Sberbank CZ); or from any other ATM bearing a logo of your payment card.
From now on, you can also use our Sberbank CZ cash deposit ATMs to deposit cash directly into your bank account – the first Sberbank CZ cash deposit ATM is located in Prague, Na Příkopě, in the 24/7 zone, accepting cash deposits at any time during and outside the opening hours of the branch. ATM cash deposits are free of charge!

Infoterminals
Infoterminals are available at all Sberbank CZ branches. The aim of this service is to give clients quick access to information about current, term, and loan accounts, without them having to wait at a branch.
What kind of information can you obtain from an Infoterminal?

- Recent transactions
- Overview of statements, with a possibility of printing
How to start using Infoterminals?
To activate the service, you only need your payment card or Sberbank CZ infocard, which you will receive at the desk. Account holders may grant access to information about their accounts to other persons at their discretion, and can limit this access to selected areas. The service can be activated free of charge for all users of payment cards maintained with their private current accounts.
